Environmental and Social Impact Assessments

An Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) is conducted to assess the potential impacts of a planned project on the physical, biological and social environment. ESIA develops some methods to prevent, mitigate or compensate for these effects. This assessment is an integral part of a project and provides support to decision makers during project planning.

• Our aim is to provide a detailed process that focuses on the potential issues that affect the environment and society, with the local requirements in the country in which the project is planned and international ESIA protocols (Equatorial Principles, World Bank, International Finance Corporation, etc.).
• Possible impacts can be avoided by predicting the pathway to avoid these effects as much as possible, or minimized focused interventions to be made in the design of the project.
• In this way, customers are provided with a pre-planned project timetable and an appropriate cost account.
• By combining key elements such as biodiversity appraisal, human rights and health issues, critical living space and ecosystem services, we offer an integrated approach covering all aspects of environmental and social impact assessment.
